but change the time to like a saturday of coourse in middle march or so. and if we have to april but thats kinda farish

giving people time to plan ahead. and if people wanna travel. they can make arrangements

A collab will make more people believe that an event is actually going down. If it's March 13-15, I'll be in Dallas, but that's for another competition. Eww...Now April is not sounding too bad...

so in march or april whats a good time to do this. and a weekend during that would be good. spring break maybe!?

Sunday, March 1st sounds good, but sundays are dead in Dallas. That said, I'm IN no matter what!
Thinking out loud... Is anyone free on Sat night, Feb 28th?!!
Or if we did Friday March 6th, it would be Dallas 3/6/9. That's COOL!!!!

** VENUE **
The venue should have more things to do. The best gatherings tend to have a lot of things for people to do together. Main St in downtown Dallas is pretty cool, with the lights. They have coffeeshops and bars, and live performances. The Joule Hotel on Main St would be an awesome venue, and they have a huge indoor lobby for 50 people plus a bar and pool!

I can get some press on the event going! Maybe write a Press Release, and get it out this week!!! Does anyone want to work with me on that over the phone this week?
